How to Use
Use a fine ST London Liner Brush for gel eyeliner and apply the cream straight across the lash line.
Gel Eyeliner can also be blended across the eyelid as a base for Eye Shadow with a soft blending brush.
Can also be used as eye brow definer with brow brush.
